I grew up in Bend, Ore., which is arguably one of the best small towns in the country. After graduating from George Fox University in Newberg, Ore. with a management degree, I started my career at VoxCorp, publishers of 7ball and Release magazines, in 1997 as the online and distribution manager. I worked there for two years before venturing out as a freelance web designer under the d.b.a. of Extream Media (such a 90’s name). After a little over two years as an independent, my wife and I moved to Orlando, Fla. to help launch Relevant Media Group, Relevant Magazine, Radiant Magazine, Relevant Books and Relevant Network. There I served as the sales and marketing director from 2002 until 2006.
In 2007, I, along with two buddies Rob Sperti and Steve Trover, started a non-profit called One More Life. We are in the early stages of development and hope to use it as a catalyst to empower people to bring global change on an individual scale. Inspired by Oscar Schindler‘s passion to help “just one more,” we aim to do the same.
While the above mention the things I do, they aren’t what make me who I am. I am a husband of nine years to Kristy. In July 2007 I became the proud, and I mean PROUD, father of Savannah Grace. It took us five years to conceive, thanks to the very generous help of Dr. Mark Trollice from Fertility C.A.R.E. in Winter Park, FL. We are expecting our son, Caleb Douglas, to arrive in January 2009. He’s a surprise and a miracle from Jesus as we have never, repeat NEVER, been able to get pregnant on our own. Finally, I am the son of Mike & Tina Chowning who live in East Texas and the brother of Charysee Hesse in Oregon—my favorite state.

After a short time, she was promoted to the Assistant General Manager due to her strong drive to make things happen. Her role at Motiveight is equally as vital. Her passion to plan, develop and implement immediately impacts any project she puts her mind to.
